Scaling Across Different Mission Sets
Gone are the days of palletized equipment. Say hello to Voyager, a modular and small form-factor tactical communications system of systems that fits in an airline carry-on-size rollaway case.
These highly portable systems scale to support en-route, initial entry and follow on forces up through corp. or battalion-level communications.
Many missions require access to multiple networks such as NIPRNet, SIPRNet and a colorless core, with RoIP, high user port density and compute power for each. In this scenario, only two Voyager cases are required to house everything needed to power, charge, cool and operate the system, thus drastically reducing hardware footprint and deployment costs, not to mention enabling rapid network set-up and increasing mobility in the field like never before.
Voyager allows users to become agile and scale horizontally and vertically to different mission sets without exhaustive logistics planning.
- Horizontal – adding a TRIK, TDC and ISR Kit to the system to complete Integrated Tactical Networks (ITN)
- Vertical – adding phones or drops to support additional users. Can scale from early entry (2-4 users) to JTF (100+ users).
