R. Scott Rettig, is Chief Executive Officer & President of RSR industries, a Global Aerospace and Defense advisory. He currently serves as Chairman and Director for multiple multinational corporations. Previous Executive positions include: Chairman of the Board of AgustaWestland USA, a world leader in Helicopter design and manufacture.

CEO and Chairman of the Board of AgustaWestland North America. CEO of AgustaWestland Inc. and President of AgustaWestlandBell, a joint venture with Bell Helicopter – Textron.

He joined AgustaWestland from Selex Sensors & Airborne Systems US Inc., a SELEX Galileo and Leonardo company where he was appointed CEO at its founding in 2004 and elected to the position of Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Rettig has served as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board OTO Melara North America, a world leader in weapons design and manufacture. He has founded and established multiple Special Security Agreements with the US Department of Defense.

His career began at the Jet Propulsion Laboratories and the California Institute of Technology. He went on to serve Hughes Aircraft Company as Marketing Manager for Airborne programs. His successes placed him in numerous executive positions at Ferranti Defence Systems Inc, GEC-Marconi,and Marconi Defence. His leadership and expertise led to his appointment as Vice President for Sales and Marketing at BAE Systems USA ,where he was responsible for all joint business between the UK and North America as well as all joint technology development projects.

Mr. Rettig is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and holds degrees in Political Science, Business and Literature, as well as a Masters in Business Administration. He Currently serves as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Infineon LLC. Memory Solutions, RSA Security, CDM Inc., Klas Government Inc. and Senior Advisor to optX imaging systems.

He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Laird R&F, The American Helicopter Society International and Founding Director on the Board of the Vertical lift Consortium, US Air Force museum and an active member many industrial associations including AFA, AOC, AAAA, Navy League, AUSA, AIA, MCAA, NHA, NDIA.
