Brandon Spencer has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Klas Government, Inc. since April 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Virginia since 2009. Prior to joining Klas Government, he was an Audit Manager at Kearney & Company for three years, managing engagements at the Department of State and International Boundary and Water Commission.

Mr. Spencer has previously been employed by Nii Holdings, Inc. and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Financial Services Assurance practice.

Mr. Spencer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He earned a Masters of Accountancy from George Washington University in 2008
