Derwin hailing from Wildwood, Florida, comes to Klas Gov after a kinetic seven years at REDCOM Laboratories, where he held various positions, his last one being the Sr. Solutions Architect for REDCOM. Prior to that, he spent ten years in the Marine Corps, where his specialty led him to have various positions, from Radio Operator to Senior Instructor at the Marine Corps Communications & Electronics School and others. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his toddler and wife. He also enjoys HAM radio and everything motorsport and spends time volunteering for a disabled veteran charity known as Operation Motorsport.

Lawrence Hollister is the Chief Growth Officer of Klas Government. He has years of defense industry experience in growth and strategy. Before his role in Klas, Lawrence was the Vice President of Cubic’s Digital Intelligence Business Unit, US Government Growth and Strategy, and L3Harris. He also served as ISR Director & Senior Intelligence Professional with Special Operations Command, where he was the lead for the Special Operations Community and Joint Special Operations Commands. In addition to industry experience, Lawrence proudly served his country in various operational, joint, and tactical assignments through his highly decorated United States Marine Corps career, providing him with broad experience within this community.
